BS Group was established in the year 1998 to provide reliable cargo handling services to a growing Bangladesh export and import market. Since then, our business has expanded from marine related key services to air transport, warehousing, customs clearance, logistics services, trading etc.
The management of this group consists of highly shipping professionals and has a wide ranging experiences in various shipping services like vessel operation, NVOCC market segment both for COC and SOC, operation etc . Our main business activities are formed by following three divisions.
- International Freight Forwarding / NVOCC (both Sea and Air freight)

Our International Freight Forwarding & NVOCC division provide both Sea and Air freight services, FCL cargo broking, buyer consolidation, transhipment handling, door delivery, customs clearance, warehousing and all related services in transportation and logistics.
Our Ship’s Agency division representing tramper and feeder operator owners. We provide full harbouring services from vessel port clearance, berthing arrangement, cargo loading/discharging operation, marketing and canvassing for suitable cargo to arrange of bunker and Ship supply, repairs, survey as well as crews changes etc. 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, Collyer Shipping BD Ship’s Agency Division ensures vessels are attended to and dispatched promptly.
Bangladesh Shipping unit manages inventory control, cataloguing, sales and purchase order processing, domestics and regional deliveries, transportation, distribution, warehousing and shipping . We tailor total logistics solutions to meet our difference clients need as per their requirement.
